Steve and Ashlie, along with Steve's parents Alan and Marie, built The Sanctuary with one thing in mind — that your wedding should feel like a destination, not an appointment. The Farmhouse is a beautifully restored 1947 home that offers the perfect blend of modern comfort and historic charm. Completely restored in 2007 and updated in 2011, it retains many original features including beams, railings, and posts reclaimed from the property. Overlooking our serene stream-fed pond, this spacious retreat is ideal for families, wedding parties, or anyone seeking a peaceful getaway in the Blue Ridge Mountains.
4 Bedrooms — Two king beds, one queen bed, and two twin bunk beds — comfortably sleeping up to 10 guests.
2,300 sq ft of Living Space — Including a large dining room with a 10-ft farmhouse table, a cozy living room, fully equipped modern kitchen, and 2 full bathrooms — one on each floor.
